TODAY IN SPORTS HISTORY: DEATH OF SPORT PERSON
On February 13, 1964 American Baseball player Ken Hubbs died in a plane crash at the age of 22. He flew the plane himself despite knowing there was storm. A rescue team found his body South of Bird Island in Utah Lake, and he was buried at Montecito Memorial Park, in Colton. He was a second baseman in the MLB.
