Brazil and Argentina are set to go into World Cup qualifier clash in the early hours of Friday November 13, with Argentina playing host to the Samba boys.

Arsenal May Win The English Premier League

Photo: Arsenal.com

Arsene Wenger men are set to win the English Premier League following their current poor performance at the UEFA champions league.

Arsenal's only win in the Champions league is their 2-0 defeat of Bayern Munich, leaving them with just 3 points in four matches with Bayern and Olympiakos being on top and second with 9 points each.

Although, they have hope of qualifying for the knockout stage of the tournament, their chances is still very slim.

Arsenal is currently second on the English premier league table behind Manchester City, with both teams tied on 26 points each after match week 12, while goal difference gives city an edge.

Arsenal last won the English Premier League in 2003-2004 season and have since then, stayed away from winning the title.

But if they are out of the Champions league earlier, it could afford them the opportunity to concentrate on the Premiership and give all they have to it.

The matches are expected to hold on Friday 13 and Tuesday 17 November 2015, at Swaziland and Nigeria respectively.

Although, Oliseh has no clause in his contract mandating him to qualify the Super Eagles of Nigeria, but it is very important the team qualify so as to wipe the tears of Nigeria's not being able to qualify for the last AFCON title.

Is Resignation a better option for Jose Mourinho?

Photo: Chelsea FC Press Association

Things have really gotten out of hand for the blues manager Jose Mourinho, who has so far guided Chelsea to the club's worst performance since Chelsea became a club to reckon with in English football.

Chelsea have lost seven matches out of the twelve matches played so far, with the latest being against Stoke City.

Incidentally, the loss to Stoke City coincided with the day Mourinho was serving a one-match ban and some fans feel his presence would have made a difference.

Another school of thought believes that after losing six matches while on pitch, his presence would not have made any difference as the best he should do is to honourably resign since he has lost his winning ways with Chelsea.

Mourinho guided Chelsea last season to win the Premier league title, but his current performance is a contrast of last seasons performance. The big question is this, should Mourinho resign or continue with the humiliation he is facing.

Amuneke Breaks Jinx With Eaglet, Wins Eaglets First Title outside Asia

Photo:FIFA.COM

Coach Emmanuel Amuneke has made history with the golden eaglets of Nigeria, becoming the first Coach to win the title outside Asia.

Nigeria won previous titles in China-1985, Japan-1993,Korea-2007, and UAE-2013 all in Asia. All attempts by other coaches to win the title outside Asia has proved abortive, as it almost looked as if Nigeria was jinxed to winning the title only in Asian countries.

The win also gave Nigeria an opportunity to win the title back-to-back for the first time, after winning it in UAE in 2013.

Amuneke was Pep Guardiola's course mate in Spain, where he did his Coaching course and acquired the highest coaching licence. He is among the very few Nigerian Coaches who posses the UEFA Pro A licence, others are Super Eagles Coach Sunday Oliseh, Mutiu Adepoju amongst others.

Photo: FIFA.COM

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria won the FIFA U17 World Cup for the fifth time in Chile after defeating their African counterpart by 2-0.

It is important to note that the first time the title was won in China 1985 was when President Muhammad Buhari was the military head of state in Nigeria, and now the title has been won under his leadership again as a civilian leader.

This however has made President Muhammad Buhari the only Nigerian President who received the title on two occasions both as a military and a civilian leader.
