Mitchell Platini has been suspended for 90 days, with the hearing of pleminary case scheduled to hold on December 8, 2015 at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
UEFA President is been investigated by the FIFA ethics committee, for an alleged disloyal payment which he received from outgoing FIFA President between 1999 and 2002.
Sepp Blatter was also banned by the ethics committee for alleged illegal sales of World Cup TV rights contract to a former FIFA official Jack Warner. However the duo have a right to fair hearing and this will continue.
