José Mourinho is set to lead Chelsea against his former club Porto, in a decisive match that will determine who will be through to the knockout stage of Champions League.
Chelsea are tied on ten points with Porto, while Porto still lead the Group on a win advantage. Chelsea must outrightly win, to make headway in the knockout stage.
Three Spanish teams Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have already finished top of their groups, Chelsea is the only English Club that could do same and at least make two English teams finish top after Manchester City did same yesterday.
Mourinho won his first UEFA Champions League title with Porto and will today make a case for Chelsea, whom he is yet to win the title with.
