Lionel Messi has always been a threat to German clubs at the UEFA Champions League. So far, he has scored a total of 80 goals in the Champions league, but 15 out of all the goals were against German teams.

Messi scored the only goal for Barcelona in the 1-1 draw against Bayern Leverkusen, ensuring that they do not get a winning, in a match that was more crucial to the German side than the Spanish giant. It will also be recalled that he scored the first goal against Bayern Munich in the first leg of the 2015 UEFA Champions League semifinal match after 76 minutes of play and no goal came.

So far, Messi is the only player in the history of the Champions League to have scored the highest number of goals against German teams, recording a total of 15 goals. German teams will always hate him for that.
