The 2015 FIFA Ballon D'or award has taken place at Zurich, with Lionel Messi emerging as the winner.
However, the result of the votes as published by FIFA clearly shows that Lionel Messi did not vote for himself.
Messi voted for Suarez as first choice, Neymar as second choice. And Andres Iniesta as third choice. The trio are all Barcelona players.
