Juventus Vs Bayern : Match Preview

Pep Guardiola men travel to Italy to face the Italian test, as it is eminent that Juventuis have not lost on their ground for quite a long time. Real Madrid tried beating Juventus at Juventus stadium last season, but it ended in a 1-1 draw.

Pep Guardiola is currently under pressure with the management of Bayern over what is seen as lackadaisical attitude towards work due to his new contract at Manchester City, but he will aim at using this match to prove management wrong.

Juventus traditionally know the consequence of conceding a goal in this match let alone losing and at such will try everything possible to ensure that they get the best result before traveling to Germany for the second-leg match.

Both teams have met eight times in the Champions League since 2005 with Bayern winning four times while Juventus won on three occasions and one draw being in between. The only draw within this period was in Germany.

Of the four defeats Bayern had against Juventus, two were at in Italy while the remaining in Germany, the recent of the defeat was in 2013 Champions League when Bayern defeated Juventus 1-2 at Juventus Stadium
