As Barcelona prepare to travel to England ahead of the first-leg of the UEFA Champions League match Arsenal, one interesting question that need to be asked is if Barcelona can really get victory at Emirate Stadium.
Barcelona are currently in top form and are the most feared team in Europe today, with Messi, Neymar and Suarez being the pivot with which activities take place. The trio are in shape with no worries of injury.
On the contrary, a closer look at the records of both teams show that Barcelona are yet to defeat Arsenal at Emirate Stadium.
Both teams have met five times since 2005/2006 and Barcelona have won three times, Arsenal won on one occasion while a draw stands between both teams.
Interestingly, of the three times Barcelona defeated Arsenal, two were at Camp Nou while one was on a neutral ground. Arsenal defeated Barcelona at Emirate on one occasion and drew the Catalans on the other occasions, showing that Barcelona is yet to defeat Arsenal at Emirate.
Enrique's men will go to Emirate bearing in mind that the jinx need to be broken if anything meaningful is expected of them. With Messi, Neymar and Suarez in the front line, this is possible.
