Tottenham Dims Manchester City Hope For Title As They Trash City 1-2 At Etihad

It was another bad day for Manchester City on Sunday as they lost at home to a more focused Tottenham side who beat them 1-2 to maintain their second position on the table.

All goals of the match was scored in the second half.  Kane opened scoring for Tottenham in the 53 minutes of play while Iheanacho leveled up for City at the 74 minutes giving the host hope.

The game continued with high expectations for City but their balloon of hope was burst in the 83rd minutes when Eriksen poked in the second and final goal of the match, giving Spurs the maximum three points

The win keeps Tottenham second on the table with 51 points while City remain at fourth position with no serious threat from Manchester United who trail them with six points.

However, Tottenham share same points with Arsenal who are third on the table, but goal difference gives Spurs the edge to be on second position.
