It was a harvest of goals on Valentine day at Camp Nou, as Barcelona showed love to their fans by hammering Celta Vigo 6-1. The match which ended in favour of the Catalans served as a formal way of Barca getting their pound of flesh from their visitors who had beaten them 4-1 in the first leg.
Barcelona opened scoring in the 28 minutes of play through Lionel Messi, while Celta Vigo striker John Guidett leveled up in the 39 minute courtesy of penalty kick awarded as a result of Jordi Alba foul in the 18 yard box. The first half ended in a 1-1 draw.
Luis Suarez scored Barca's second goal of the match and his 37th goal of the season in the 59th minutes and scored Barca's third goal and his 38th goal of the season in the 75th minutes, putting the score line at 3-1.
In 80 minutes of play Lionel Messi was brought down in the 18 yard box and Barca was awarded a penalty. Brazilian star Neymar Da Silva was not left out in the party, as he scored the sixth goal in injury time and match ended 6-1 in favour of Barcelona.
